The best in the business. My journey started for years going to the gym and just picking up weights and doing cardio. Then I met Kulli. Initially, wanted him to teach me just Kickboxing. However, my body was very stiff. In order me to improve I had to loosen my body. Not only he taught me kickboxing but helped with other stuff such as stretching, warming and cooling down after workout, doing weights suited to kickboxing and nutrition. All was done by a plan made by him. Thankfully, to him my mobility has improved and I feel great in my body. Not only Kulli provides results, his character makes the session worth while. I would hightly recommend kulli as PT.

I have been training with Kuli for a few months now, and can say each session is very informative and enjoyable. There is a good balance of intensity of our workouts, as well as patience to learn a new skill. Every session is challenging, but motivating, and he is always pushing me to improve, whilst making sure my technique is alwyas on point.

There is nothing like a session with Kully! We pushes your boundaries and very quickly knows what you can and can't do! The sessions are fun and well worth the fees. He can do weight based exercises, plyometrics, martial arts and sparring! Couldn't recommend higher!

This guy is awesome… I had the opportunity to train with him when I was goi g through a tough time and needed to release some energy… he’s also done some 1 to 1 training with my son…. This isn’t just about fighting.. he takes the time to fill our youth with a positive mental attitude and self belief… this is crucial in their development and will no doubt be useful to them once they get older and are facing real world adult problems…. I have been really pleased with what he has been able to teach me in such a short period and really appreciate the small tweaks he recommends which make a massive difference, it shows his vast experience and knowledge in combat sports. Fantastic coach that is able adjust based on each and every clients needs and ability. An excellent blend of fitness and technical tuition suitable for all ages. I have private sessions with my Home Educated kids and it’s always fun and engaging for all of us. Highly recommend private and group sessions if you want to learn technical skills and get a great workout. And if you are a more experienced fighter wanting more in depth training then Kuli is more than capable as an established trainer amongst elite fighters.

Kuli is a fantastic coach and amazing at breaking down the details. With a small amount of experience boxing, Kuli has really helped me see various styles of fighting including Kickboxing and Muay Thai, and implementing these styles even into my boxing.
